A series of fragrances inspired by the medieval alchemist and eastern philosopher’s quest to reduce all matter to four simple elements; four scents of extreme simplicity and individual character that reflect their elemental names of Fire, Air, Earth and Water. Fire is a complex assemblage of Cypriol oil, musk and amber to construct the scent of smoky scorched timber and hot dry tarmac. Tom Dixon candles are made in the UK from 50% natural ingredients (50% natural soy, 50% paraffin wax) and contain 10% fragrance - a much higher level compared to the standard 1-3%, meaning the scent is stronger and will last longer.

About Tom Dixon
Tom is a restless innovator who works mainly in lighting, accessories and furniture. From back in the early eighties welding salvaged steel into radical furniture, he has constantly reinvented himself through a series of different design lives – working with luxury Italian goods with Cappellini, as Creative Director at Habitat and Artek, creating plastics company Eurolounge and finally instigating his own eponymous brand in 2002 rethinking the product designer’s relationship with industry.
