Starting with Lavenham's founder Mrs Elliot in 1969, who produced the world's first nylon quilted horse rug, to its current ownership by Fred Perry and collaborations with the likes of Kenzo and YMC, Lavenham is now worn from the streets of Shoreditch to the streets of Japan. Throughout their years the brand has stayed true to their roots and remain ultimately British. To this day Lavenham still produce their signature lines and make every single item within 6 miles from the location of the very first factory in Suffolk.
